Catshill and North Marlbrook Neighbourhood Plan Area Map

It has now been confirmed by Bromsgrove Council that the above area is the designated area for the Catshill and North Marlbrook Plan.

See attached letter of area designation. 
“Bromsgrove District Council have approved the designation of the Parish of Catshill and North Marlbrook as a neighbourhood area in October 2016. This was in accordance with The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended). The Neighbourhood Planning (General) and Development Management Procedure (Amendment) Regulations 2016 which came into force on the 1st October 2016 included an amendment whereby if an area application from a parish council equates to the whole of the parish area, consultation on the designation of the neighbourhood area is no longer required. The qualifying body was Catshill and North Marlbrook Parish Council.”
